Pressed golden orange apricots dominate this uniquely tart cider. The Apricots add a subtle flavor that is like combining a peach and a plum but not quite as sweet. The Romans and Greeks had it right when they used apricots as a main ingredient of their drink known as the "Nectar of the Gods”. The driest of our ciders leaves a lasting round finish that calls for more. May the Gods be appeased. 64oz:$15

Ingredients: Water; Malted barley; Ginger root; Hops; Yeast. Our beer is basically a pale ale brewed from a relative low gravity, with some of the hops which would normally be used in the beer replaced by freshly ground ginger root. The beer is light in body, lower in alcohol, has a distinct ginger aroma, and has a very crisp finish. It was initially brewed as a refreshing alternative to the plethora of wheat beers which are popular in the summertime. Popular demand turned it into a year round beer. 64oz:$14

German and Perle hops add a touch of bitterness to balance the malty sweetness. The addition of rich Sumatra coffee takes this perfectly balanced imperial brown ale to a decadent level. 64oz:$25

We brewed a special beer for the upcoming Eclipse. This beer will never see the light of day, at least not in the brewery! It was brewed on a Friday evening and "brew day" began at 9 pm. It will be kegged after 9 pm as well. It is a dark amber colored IPA based on our Good Day recipe, but instead of Mosaic hops, we used Citra for both bittering and dry hopping. The amber color comes from some special Blackprinz malt that imparts color, but no flavor. This moderate bodied and clean finishing beer is a smooth, drinkable IPA with a big hop aroma. HOPS: CTZ, Magnum, and Citra 64oz:$16

This English style of beer, also known as Sweet Stout or Cream Stout, first appeared in London in the late 1800’s. The early brewers touted the health benefits of the milk sugar in this beer which today relates mainly to the increased amount of calories(no real health benefits…sorry). The milk sugar adds a well rounded sweetness to this dark beer and makes it an outstanding, year ‘round stout. 64oz:$14
