Our friends at HiFi Cycling pulled together Stumptown Coffee and Base Camp for a collaboration extraordinaire. This dubbel-- a Belgian beer in homage to the birthplace of cyclocross-- was knocked out with 100L of a custom-cold-brewed batch of Stumptown’s Costa Rican coffee. Tart fruitiness and rich caramel, evident in both the coffee and the base beer, combine to create a perfect brew for popping open on the finishers’ podium (or in the taproom). 64oz:$16

Coalition Brewing is excited to announce the release of the first commercially produced Cannobidoil (CBD) Hemp infused beer in Oregon. Our mission with this beer series was to encompass a true collaboration of these “kissing cousins”, hops and cannabis. These two plants produce similar organic aromatic compounds known as terpenes, and will have no THC present, the psychoactive element found in marijuana. We have been working with leaders in this immensely fast growing local industry on this project to showcase a harmony of both the beer profile of the Pacific NW and the Cannabis plant. This new emerging industry has many hallmarks of our own industry, with a focus on community, innovation and a positive impact to the local economy 64oz:$24

Our Red Velvet oatmeal stout is a mind-bending beer. Like the cake that inspired it, the deep red color comes from beets, which add a rich, earthy character that complements the chocolate flavor and aroma. The foamy head of the nitro pour is our “icing”, adding a creamy smoothness to the mouthfeel. But this liquid dessert still finishes like a beer – not sweet, but just as satisfying. 64oz:$17
